Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking a Truck Washer on the 2nd shift to maintain clean, service-ready fleet vehicles in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will pressure wash exteriors and interiors, operate wash-bay equipment, and move vehicles as required to keep the yard organized and safe for ongoing operations.

The role requires reliable attendance, physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and ability to work safely in an outdoor/industrial environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and handle pressure-washer hoses throughout shift; ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; prior truck washing, detailing, pressure washing or steam-cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and steam clean the exterior, body, chassis, wheels and other accessible areas of collection trucks and fleet equipment.
• Clean truck cabs, windows, mirrors and other interior/exterior surfaces as assigned.
• Safely operate pressure-washing, steam-cleaning and related wash-bay equipment and use approved cleaning products and PPE.
• Move and park vehicles in the yard or wash area when authorized, following safe backing and traffic procedures.
• Keep the wash area clean and organized and properly store hoses, tools and cleaning supplies.
• Report visible vehicle damage, leaks, safety concerns or equipment problems to the supervisor.

Our trucks work hard every day, and keeping them clean, safe and ready for service matters. As a Truck Washer, you will pressure wash and steam clean CR&R fleet vehicles and equipment so our drivers and maintenance teams can start each shift with clean, service-ready units.

Pay & Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-midnight. Overtime may be required, including some Saturdays as business needs require.
