Responsibilities:

1. Guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules.
2. Review and support development and revisions of current and future product line work instructions.
3. Adjust workflow and tasks based on manpower availability and work requirements per area.
4. Assist team members and troubleshoot issues while maintaining takt time.
5. Identify areas for improvement and support proper implementation of solutions.
6. Ensure all company-supplied tools are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of the next shift.
7. Assist quality teams in testing, defect identification, and other efforts as necessary.
8. Maintain performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
9. Stand in for team members when needed, including during absenteeism and emergencies.
10. Utilize manufacturing systems such as SAP, Excel, MES, and scheduling tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a production environment
• Strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes
