Qualifications

• 1+ year commercial insurance or related experience.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Professional communication skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive, time-sensitive tasks.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C license.
• Preferred: Applied Epic experience, trucking insurance exposure.

Responsibilities

• Issue certificates, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage.
• Process driver, vehicle, equipment, and account changes.
• Prepare and track endorsement requests.
• Request loss runs, MVRs, schedules, and underwriting documents.
• Support onboarding and renewal data collection.
• Monitor open activities and carrier items.
• Provide timely, professional responses to client requests.
