Qualifications

• Documentation & Logs: enter payroll, track trucking tickets, and support inventory control with Fleet watcher.
• Scheduling & Dispatch: coordinate pickup/delivery schedules, assign dock doors, assist route planning.
• Driver Communication: check drivers in/out, relay schedule changes, answer transit inquiries.
• Compliance & Safety: track DOT rules, driver credentials, and vehicle maintenance reports.
• Billing & Payroll: assist with basic billing reconciliation, carrier charges, and timekeeping.

• Documentation & Logs: Working for the Trucking Manager, entering payroll, tracking and entering trucking tickets, working with Fleet watcher for trucking inventory control.

• Driver Communication: Check drivers in and out, relay schedule or route changes, and answer transit-related inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills
