Darkhorse Express is hiring a Truck Yard Assistant to help manage daily site operations outdoors. You will secure freight on trailers, keep grounds clean, and perform general site duties with focus on safety and teamwork.

The role demands endurance in all weather, punctuality, and the ability to lift and move items. Forklift experience is helpful but not required; daytime hours run Monday through Friday with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Able to work outside in all types of weather (heat, cold, rain).
• Excellent attendance record and an honest work ethic.
• Good at taking direction and cooperating with a team.
• Confident working off the ground (no fear of heights).
• Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling required.

Job Title: Truck Yard Assistant

• Compensation: $17.00/hr (Weekly Pay)

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM until daily tasks finished (generally around 5PM)

• Status: Temporary

• Location: Garden City, Savannah, GA 31408
