Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Truck Wash Shift Lead in El Paso, TX. You will oversee daily operations, supervise the wash team, ensure high-quality cleaning, and uphold safety standards.

You will train new team members, coordinate with drivers, maintain equipment, and keep the wash bay clean and organized while delivering excellent customer-focused service, even in varying temperatures and demanding shifts.

This position supports team members during the shift, maintains equipment and cleanliness standards, and ensures that all procedures are followed for quality and safety.

Job Functions:

• Lead and support truck wash team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure trucks are washed to company standards and customer expectations.
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized wash bay and surrounding work area.
• Assist with training new team members in procedures, safety, and customer service.

• Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, see clearly to perform job duties, and work in various temperatures.
