Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team.
• Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and coach team members to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers.

This role assists a team of 10 attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
