Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in trailer refrigeration maintenance and repair.
- EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Brake inspection qualified per FMCSA 396.25.
- Vehicle Inspection qualified per FMCSA 396.19.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on TRUs per OEM procedures.
- Maintain and repair trailers: electrical, landing gear, interior panels, roofs, flooring, doors, and tires.
- Service tractor-trailer braking systems: inspections, adjustments, and component replacement.
- Perform tire services: installation, removal, flat repairs, balancing, and alignment.
- Receive fuel deliveries, conduct sampling, monitor levels, ensure safety compliance, and document.
- Process warranty repairs and claims with accurate documentation.
- Diagnose equipment issues, order parts, and maintain tractors, trailers, forklifts, and shop equipment.
- Complete work orders and logs in compliance with DOT and company policies.
- Collaborate with technicians to maintain reliability and excellence.
