Job summary

Juniper Landscaping in DeLand, FL is seeking drivers for its landscape maintenance teams. You will drive a 24’ truck and trailer and work alongside the maintenance crew at various job sites.

The role involves vehicle inspections, operating hand and power tools, and performing typical landscape duties such as mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching. Outdoor work in varying temperatures is expected, with lifting up to 50 lbs. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience safely driving a truck & trailer.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Performing daily vehicle inspections.
• Working as a member of the landscape maintenance crew and completing jobsite tasks including mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and general landscape maintenance duties.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
