1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Antioch, Tennessee is hiring a Truck Team Member to perform junk removal and on-site service with a strong customer focus. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, help sort items for recycling or donation, and maintain clean job sites while delivering great service.

You’ll also engage in on-site sales and upsell additional services to boost revenue. We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, seasonal) and competitive pay ($22–$26/hour).

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license; 3 years clean driving record preferred for insurance purposes.
• Customer-focused with a sales mindset.

• Flexible, dependable, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Junk removal: lift, carry, and load items safely into the truck.
• Sorting and recycling: identify items for recycling, donation, or disposal.
• Site clean-up: leave the job site neat and presentable.
• Customer service: greet customers and explain services, answer questions.
• On-site sales: provide estimates and upsell additional services to boost revenue.
• Close deals: build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to growth.
