Job summary

CWM is seeking a Truck Shop Mechanic to service and repair our fleet of company vehicles, commercial trucks, and trailers. The role requires performing daily maintenance checks and escalating safety or mechanical issues to a supervisor, with duties including moving trucks around the yard and general equipment upkeep.

The successful candidate will participate in preventive maintenance, assist with repairs as needed, and contribute to a safe, productive work environment.

Job description

Truck Shop Mechanic's primary function is to service and repair Company vehicles, Commercial trucks, and trailers. The Mechanic must perform daily maintenance checks and report any mechanical or safety issues to a supervisor. In addition, Mechanics are required to perform repairs to vehicles as needed. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties:

The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping, and bending. Employee must be able to climb equipment's ladder to reach the operator's seat.
