You will lead daily shop operations, manage technicians, drive revenue, and uphold safety standards. The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory role, deep knowledge of heavy‑duty trucks, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Formación

• Proven experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; preferably in truck stop, service bay, or logistics environments
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to train and inspire a diverse team
• Comfort using systems for scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory
• A high school diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)

TA/LV Petroleum is looking for a Truck Shop Manager who brings a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership, and operational discipline to oversee the full truck service department at our Rogers location.

As our Truck Shop Manager, you'll take full ownership of the shop's performance - from customer satisfaction to financial targets. This includes:
