Bruckner Truck & Equipment in Phoenix, AZ is seeking skilled technicians to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and related failures on trucks and equipment. This role includes disassembly, repair, and reassembly of engines, transmissions, carriers, clutches, brakes, and electrical systems.

You will read technical publications and service bulletins, order parts via the dealer management system, and perform work safely with attention to OSHA guidelines. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma desired.
• Must possess and use good interpersonal skills to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner.
• Must be able to read and write in English and understand computer generated reports, office reports, invoices, etc.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or other failures on trucks or related equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble engines, transmissions, carrier assemblies, clutches, brakes, electrical systems, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret technical publications and service bulletins; use them to guide work and assist others.
• List and order needed parts using the dealer management system.
• Perform work safely in line with OSHA rules and company policies; maintain punctuality and attendance.
