Job summary

Lv petroleum is seeking a Truck Service Advisor to deliver top-notch customer service, write and process work orders, and manage OTC transactions in Franklin, TN. You will source parts, coordinate delivery, and prepare quotes and ETA work orders for customers in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while ensuring safety and professionalism on the floor.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or service advisor experience preferred
• Experience in truck service, diesel repair, automotive, or transportation industry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to create work orders, schedule services, and communicate repair updates
• Strong organizational and time management skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in an active shop environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Write and process work orders and OTC transactions.
• Prepare ETA work orders and quotes to customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift report.
• Understand payment types.
