Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a Service Advisor for its Hudson, WI location. The role centers on delivering excellent customer service, writing work orders, handling OTC transactions, and coordinating parts sourcing with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a repair or parts shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process (pay out) Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Orders and secure Purchase Orders.
• Prepare and communicate quotes to customer; source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain safety for customers and team members; manage shift reports and end-of-shift drop.
