We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced, and safety-focused Fleet Sales & Yard Coordinator to join our logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient movement, inspection, and tracking of vehicles within our facility. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating repair timelines, providing regular status updates, and supporting the sales process through various operational and administrative tasks. Additionally, this position will serve as an administrator for the ORBCOMM telematics platform, managing GPS device assignments and reassignments, maintaining accurate asset tracking records, supporting system users, and ensuring the integrity of fleet visibility and reporting data
This position is dynamic and will evolve with the needs of the team and the business. The ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment is essential.
