Job summary

Enterprise Truck Rental, a division of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, has an opening for an Account Specialist at our Bend, OR location. The Account Specialist will influence buying decisions while delivering service, knowledge and professionalism, and will learn the business to eventually run the branch unit.

The role covers branch sales/marketing, customer service, and fleet maintenance tasks. A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience are required, along with a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience; trucking/logistics or B2B sales a plus.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT requirements: able to drive under DOT regulations; medical exam may be required; no moonlighting.

Responsibilities

• Assist branch sales and marketing efforts to increase customer base and branch revenue.
• Sell optional protection products, rental terms and vehicle features; provide solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations using the Enterprise Value Proposition and sales process.
• Negotiate with accounts, overcome objections, and develop customized business solutions.
• Prospect and target accounts to develop new business relationships.
• Setup new account requirements including rate, service levels and terms; utilize CRM.
