Truck Rack Shipping Clerk

PSC Group is hiring a Truck Rack Shipping Clerk responsible for coordinating outbound truck shipments, verifying schedules, preparing shipping documents, and interacting with drivers to ensure compliance and accuracy. Work Schedule:12 Hour Days Schedule (3-2-2-3 schedule)
Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Verify scheduled trucks and confirm orders in BDS.
- Approve drivers to proceed to scale and collect truck/trailer details for scale tickets.
- Input tare and gross weights into BDS; update and finalize BOL.
- Generate and print documents (load ticket, BOL, SDS, COA).
- Coordinate with the lab for COA processing and ensure proper documentation is uploaded to SharePoint.
- Direct drivers to security after completion.
- Perform visual loading attendance as needed.
- Maintain a safe workspace through housekeeping duties.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:- Experience is a plus but not required; paid on-the-job training available.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC card depending on location.
- Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Military experience and ability to follow procedures are a plus.
