Truck Parts Warehouse / Delivery Driver - HOLT Truck Centers

Role Overview

The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering customer parts with excellent customer service, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring a safe environment. This role also involves stocking parts in the warehouse, performing cycle counts, pulling orders, processing dirty cores, and other warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Model and promote HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes.
  2. Deliver parts safely, efficiently, and on time.
  3. Maintain proper inventory control and ensure order accuracy.
  4. Build and maintain customer relationships.
  5. Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety standards.
  6. Perform warehouse activities like stocking shelves and cycle counting.
  7. Adhere to safety policies and company standards.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Some delivery experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • General knowledge of the trucking industry is helpful.
Additional Details
  • Travel up to 100%.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 80 lbs., and perform related tasks.
  • Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to various elements.
