Job summary

Tom’s Truck Center, a long-standing Southern California truck dealership, is hiring a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based, delivering top-notch customer service while helping customers quickly identify and purchase the parts they need.

We offer both hourly and commission-based compensation, depending on experience, with average yearly earnings ranging from $40,000 to $75,000.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection.

• Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders; coordinate with warehouse and outside sales.

Compensation

We offer both hourly and commission-based compensation options, depending on experience. Average yearly earnings range from $40,000-$75,000

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection
• Provide pricing, availability, and product information
• Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs
• Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup
• Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special ordersCoordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs
• Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization
• Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales
• Stay current on products and participate in training programs
