Job summary

Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Counter Person to help customers over the counter, by phone, or through the shop. The role emphasizes delivering friendly, professional service and ensuring accurate parts selection and pricing.

You will assist with order processing, stock replenishment, and maintaining clear records while staying current on product updates. The position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals; write routine reports; speak effectively before groups.
• Basic math skills for pricing, estimates, and invoicing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answer phone calls with price quotes and information.
• Process orders and manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain orderly records of orders, invoices and parts.
