Green Mountain Flagging LLC in Bennington seeks a Crew Leader to manage work zones across Vermont. This senior Flagger role requires strong leadership skills and adherence to Traffic Control laws. Responsibilities include setup, timely paperwork, and guiding team members.

Compensation incentives include a $2 differential for nights and weekends, double time for emergencies, and health insurance. Candidates must hold a VT Work Zone Certification and have at least 6 months' Flagger experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Flagger.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Reliable communication daily with the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and give clear and concise direction.
• Get self and partner to the job site on time.
• Handle time slips and write incident reports.
• Maintain Equipment.
