Job Summary
Truck Lube Technician at Badger Isuzu Truck Center is responsible for performing lube and preventive maintenance services on customer vehicles, as well as other automotive services. The technician will be part of a fast-paced and exciting environment where they will be expected to provide quality service and promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Drive customer vehicles in and out of the service bay or other designated areas
• Perform lube and preventive maintenance services on customer vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs
• Diagnose and repair minor engine and brakes problems
• Maintain all customer vehicles and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service in a timely manner

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a lube technician or related automotive service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to read and understand automotive repair and maintenance manuals
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Good communication skills and customer service experience
