Job summary

OPS SALES COMPANY is seeking a Material Handler/Loading Crew Member to safely load, secure, and prepare materials for transport on flatbed trailers. This role operates in outdoor yards or manufacturing environments and requires physical labor, attention to detail, and strict safety adherence.

Responsibilities include loading with forklifts or cranes, securing loads, inspecting for DOT compliance, and coordinating with drivers and yard staff.

• Load pipe, steel, equipment, or other materials onto flatbed trailers using lifting equipment

• Communicate with drivers, yard personnel, and supervisors regarding load specs
• Verify shipping documentation matches loaded materials
• Maintain clean and organized loading areas
• Assist with unloading materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
