Job summary

Harris Feeding Company in California seeks a reliable Truck Loader to assist in loading and unloading cattle and to uphold safe, humane handling practices. You will work with the Cowboy Supervisor and Cattle Manager, following posted procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities include sorting, counting, and loading cattle for harvest, coordinating with the truck schedule, recording pulled livestock, and moving cattle safely under all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cattle or livestock preferred.
• Knowledge of safe livestock loading/unloading procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and instructions.
• Basic understanding of animal behavior and stress management.
