This role involves a blend of mechanical repair, structural fabrication and modifications to ensure vehicles are both functional and operationally distinct.**Essential Duties/Responsibilities*** Fabrication & Welding: Cut, shape and weld steel and aluminum components to customize truck frames, bodies and chassis.* Upfitting & Installation: Install specialized equipment, including liftgates, dump kits, service bodies and accessory packages.* Blueprints & Specs: Read & interpret, technical drawings, electrical schematics and work orders to ensure precise, high-quality fabrication.* Safety & Quality Control: Adhere to safety protocols, inspect finished work for structural integrity and troubleshoot fitment issues.* Other job duties as assigned.**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** Welding Proficiency: Experience is a bonus.
