Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Line Lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
  • LEAN and Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, documentation, digital forms).
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, manual tasks).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on the production lines to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate work assignments, monitor progress, and adjust staffing or workflow as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members for consistent performance and skill development.
  • Conduct daily start-up checks, verify equipment readiness, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Monitor product quality and partner with Quality teams to resolve deviations.
  • Track production output, identify bottlenecks, and propose productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance to report downtime and support resolution.
  • Communicate updates, shift changes, and performance expectations to team and leadership.
  • Participate in Kaizen projects driving safety and productivity improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, audit-ready work environment.
