Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment is seeking an Installer responsible for completing various types of truck equipment installation. In this role, you will adhere to company and customer specifications while ensuring a timely and quality completion of tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a mechanical background and the ability to read blueprints. This position offers several benefits, including a 401K with company match, life and disability insurance, and a Paid Time Off (PTO) program.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical background required.
• Ability to use tape measures and other measuring devices.
• A able to read blueprints.

• Work from job orders and blueprints in order to complete work in a timely manner.
• Work independently, contributing to Truck Equipment completion goals and timeline.
• Complete tasks on schedule and meet expectations of quality.
