Job Description

1. $.56 CPM base for all miles (practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses + benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + pay increases + longevity bonus
2. $.66 CPM all miles + accessorials/bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation or holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus

Additional Pay Benefits

• Layover pay: $150/night
• Detention pay: $20/hour, starting after 1 hour
• Holiday pay: $150/holiday
• Additional stops/pickups: $25 each
• Safety bonus: $0.03 CPM quarterly (if qualified)
• Weekend deliveries: $100 bonus
• NYC trips: $150 bonus (optional)

Pay Schedule

Starting at $0.56 CPM, with increases over time, and a quarterly bonus of $.02 CPM to reach up to $0.66 CPM.

Job Duties
