Job summary

Hubbard is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport products and support warehouse operations across North America. This Monday–Friday role offers a predictable schedule and home every night.

You will load vehicles, deliver feed to customer sites, and maintain delivery records. Candidates should have a CDL, strong attendance, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Valid Class A or B CDL license required.
• Minimum of 1-year CDL driving experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical handling and movement of warehouse inventory.

Position Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of products while supporting overall warehouse operations. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is a Monday - Friday position with no weekends, flexible day shift hours and is home every night.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical handling and movement of warehouse inventory
• Load delivery vehicles efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with all regulations
• Deliver bulk and bagged feed to customer locations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery documentation
• Monitor, control, and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
• Optimize use of warehouse space to support operational efficiency
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic math and computer proficiency
• Valid Class A or B CDL license required
• Minimum of 1-year CDL driving experience
• Previous forklift (tow motor) experience preferred
• Must be able to use a hand cart to move stacks of ten 50lbs bags of feed
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
• Ability to routinely lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to climb, bend, and perform physical job duties as required
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold)
