• Inspect equipment to maximize life and follow dispatch instructions.
• Receive training and feedback from supervisors and trainers.
• Understand changes to work areas and potential hazards.
• Know start-up/shut-down, fueling, fire, runaway, emergency, and accident procedures.
• Understand payload measurement system, alarms, dispatch codes and signals.
• Perform safe tasks: spotting, loading, transporting, dumping on stockpiles and at crusher.
