XPO, Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver Student in Ellenwood, GA to begin training for CDL-A and gain on‑the‑job experience as an LTL Driver.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain records per FMCSR and company policies, and assist with loading/unloading using a forklift when needed. The role includes home daily, a starting rate of $22.85 per hour, full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, education assistance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Formación

• Be at least 21 years old.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver's license for a minimum of 12 months.
• Attain a CDL-A permit within 90 days and endorsements (double/triple trailers, tanker, HAZMAT).
• Complete TSA fingerprint background check by week 2 of class.
• Safe driving history; pass DOT drug test in last 3 years.
• Pass company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire test.
• Available for days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Attend training sessions to obtain a CDL-A.
• Gain on-the-job experience as an LTL Driver.
• Perform vehicle inspections under FMCSR 396.13.
• Maintain records per FMCSR, DOT and company policies.
• Load/unload freight using a forklift when needed.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
