Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced flatbed drivers for regional routes with weekend home time in the United States. Jobs include tarping, strapping loads, and timely freight delivery across routes with a focus on safety and compliance.

Candidates should have at least 6 months flatbed experience and 1 year of OTR/Regional work, be at least 22, and pass a DOT drug screen with clean MVR. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for experienced drivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months flatbed experience and 1 year of OTR/Regional experience.
• Trainees must have 1 year of OTR or Regional experience.
• Minimum age 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• Accident: no more than one at fault.
• No recent at fault rollover.
• DUI/DWI: none in past 5 years for experienced; none in past 3 years for trainees.

Requirements

• Trainees: Must have 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over the Road or Regional experience.
• minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• Accident: No more than one at fault accident.
• Recent at fault rollover in the past year.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Will review.
• DUI/DWI: Experienced: None in the past 5 years.
• Trainee: None in the past 3 years.
• Go by conviction date.
