Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking flatbed truck drivers in the Dallas, TX area with a focus on regional/home weekends. Drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week and may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers.

Trainees must have 1 year of OTR or Regional experience; general requirements include clean driving record and DOT compliance. Home time is regional with weekends at home; duties include tarping, strapping, and timely freight delivery, along with standard pre-trip/post-trip

Pay

$1400 to $1600 per week and $5000 sign on bonus for experience flatbed drivers only.

Home Time

Regional, Home Weekends., Out for 5 days and Home for 2 days.

Duties

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads
• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements

• minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.

Moving Violation

No more 3 in the last 3 years.

Accident

No more than one at fault accident.

Recent at fault rollover in the past year.

Felonies and Misdemeanors

Will review.

DUI/DWI

• Experienced: None in the past 5 years
• Trainee: None in the past 3 years
• Go by conviction date.
