Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced truck drivers for a home weekly schedule with steady pay and reliable freight. This role demands at least 3 months OTR or regional experience and a valid CDL A, plus a clean driving record for safety compliance.

Drivers will handle 3 loads per week (100% touch freight) with a weekly account of $1,380–$1,700, and report to dispatch to ensure on‑time deliveries across the operating area including KY and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months OTR or Regional experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license required.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine and hair).
• No major preventable accidents in past 5 years.
• No DUI in CMV ever; max 2 DUIs lifetime.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: West Memphis AR delivering to TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL).

Load:

3 loads per week and 3 stops average. (100% touch freight).

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Accident: No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.
• Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors:Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
