Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced flatbed truck drivers. CDL Class A with flatbed experience preferred. Trainees require 1 year of OTR or Regional experience; experienced drivers need 6 months flatbed plus 1 year OTR/Regional experience.

Account pays $1,400 to $1,600 per week with a $5,000 sign-on for experienced flatbed drivers. Home time is regional with weekends at home; typical schedule is out 5 days, home 2 days.

Duties: Tarpping and strapping down certain loads. Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements: minimum age of 22. Clean motor vehicle record and background checks. Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test. Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years. Accident: No more than one at fault accident. Recent at fault rollover in the past year. Felonies and Misdemeanors: Will review. DUI/DWI: Experienced: None in the past 5 years Trainee: None in the past 3 years. Go by conviction date.
