Job summary

Mulzer Crushed Stone, Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Truck Driver / Quarry Laborer to safely operate off-road haul trucks and transport aggregate to stockpiles while performing general labor. You will support daily production, inspect equipment, assist with repairs, and maintain cleanliness across the quarry, processing plant, and river operations, with overtime and weekend hours possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely operate haul trucks and mobile equipment or willingness to learn.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Regular and predictive attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate off-road haul trucks and other assigned mobile equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport crushed stone and aggregate from loaders, hoppers, and bins to designated stockpile locations.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections.
• Report equipment defects, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
• Follow established haul routes, traffic patterns, and quarry safety procedures.
• Assist with loading and unloading activities as directed.
