Position Overview

Walmart is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes across the nation. Our private fleet offers stability, growth, and pride, with drivers earning up to $105,000 in their first year. Responsibilities

• Deliver no-touch freight to Walmart locations within the region.
• Maintain high safety standards and uphold Walmart's values on the road.

Qualifications

• 30 months of CDL-A experience in the last 48 months or completion of Walmart Fleet Development Academy.
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement or willingness to obtain it within 120 days.
• Clean driving record with no preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Reside within 250 miles of the facility or willing to relocate within 90 days.

Compensation

Drivers are paid per mile, with additional pay for specific activities. Local and regional drivers earn approximately $0.55 - $0.69 per mile, with an average of 62,355 to 196,040 miles annually. Additional pay includes activity pay, safety bonuses, and ADP for scheduled events.
