CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure increase

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours, thanks to advanced analytics tracking to ensure quality of life and family time.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay:
• Base: $.53 CPM
• 1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
