• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months of flatbed experience required.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (30 days - 2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time: Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours, supported by analytics to ensure quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay Structure:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down into weekly payments
• Starting base pay: $.53 CPM, with loyalty increases to $.54 and $.55 CPM after 1 and 2 years respectively

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
