New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (Effective 5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually, with options for $0.53 - $0.55 CPM plus OD Pay and a $0.01 CPM annual tenure increase, or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay ($1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, $1,300 for over 2 years).
• Additional Advantages: Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (paid within the first 180 days), with details on weekly breakdowns, and provided travel and accommodation expenses.
• Loyalty Pay: Starting at $.53 CPM, with increases to $.54 and $.55 CPM after 1 and 2 years respectively.
• Home Time: Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours, supported by analytics tracking.
• Benefits include: 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider and pet policies, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability and life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and driver referral bonuses up to $5,000.
