Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & $0.01 CPM tenure increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Starting pay: $.53 CPM, with increases based on loyalty (up to $.55 CPM)

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations/accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil experience is a plus but not required
