Job summary

Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join their team in Tchula, Mississippi. Drivers can choose their pay structure and enjoy competitive annual earnings between $70,000 and $75,000. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of OTR experience and six months of flatbed experience.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay:

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay based on loyalty:
• New drivers: $0.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty: $0.54 CPM
• 2-year loyalty: $0.55 CPM
