CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Home Time Guarantee

Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours with analytics tracking for quality of life.

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in 120 days (breakdown by weeks)
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM; Loyalty increases to $.54 and $.55 CPM after 1 and 2 years respectively

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
