Job summary

Montgomery Transport is seeking experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers to join their Freedom to Choose fleet. Drivers can choose their payment structure and enjoy a competitive salary of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with additional benefits including orientation pay, 401(k), medical insurance, and guaranteed home time. Candidates with flatbed experience are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive flatbed trucks over-the-road to deliver various commodities.
• Ensure compliance with road safety and regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch on delivery schedules.

• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay
  
  

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
