• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months of flatbed experience required.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

Home Time and Analytics

Montgomery makes sure your home time is MAXIMIZED! Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours. Because we have invested in the best analytics to track our drivers' home time, we ensure a better quality of life and the time they deserve with their family!

Loyalty Pay Structure

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days:
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting Pay:
  • $.53 CPM base
  • 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year): $.54 CPM
  • 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
