Montgomery Transport is seeking skilled CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for OTR routes. Qualifications

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience required.

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus.

• Drive and deliver freight in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure the load is secure and compliant with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200 and 2 Years+ = $1,300!

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Loyalty Pay

• New Drivers Pay - $.53 CPM starting base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty (worked at previous company for one year) - $.54 CPM starting base pay
• 2-Years Loyalty (worked at previous company for two years) - $.55 CPM starting base pay

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No DUI in the past 10 years
