Join Montgomery Transport as an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver and enjoy flexible pay options, steady freight, and excellent support. Choose your preferred pay structure: percentage of line haul or cents-per-mile (CPM). Earn between $70,000 and $75,000 annually.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
• Pay options: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay and annual $0.01 CPM increase, or 27% of line haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay after 30 days: $1,200; after 2 years: $1,300
• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days

Job Requirements

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience

• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
