Our Freedom to Choose fleet provides OTR drivers with steady freight, excellent support, and maximized home time, along with pay options of percentage or cents-per-mile, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year.

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
  • Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 annually
  • $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2 Years+ = $1,300

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! We use advanced analytics to track and ensure our drivers get the quality time they deserve with their families.

Loyalty Pay for CDL-A Flatbed Drivers

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as:
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
  • 90 Days: $1,000 + mileage
  • 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base
• 1-Year Loyalty (previous employment): $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty (previous employment): $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
