CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay options including $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay plus OD pay, with a $0.01 CPM annual increase, or 27% of Line Haul with increased weekly minimum pay based on tenure.
• Additional advantages such as a $5,000 PATH TO SUCCESS PAY in the first 120 days, paid orientation, loyalty pay, 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider & pet policies, comprehensive insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a referral bonus.

Maximized Home Time: Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours, supported by analytics to ensure quality time with family.

Driver Loyalty Pay: Path to Success Pay totaling $5,000 in the first 120 days, with graduated CPM based on loyalty and experience.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
